Traffic chaos in Birmingham
Motorway users face large tailbacks this afternoon after a crash on the northbound carriageway of the M6 resulted in two lanes being closed.
The accident involved four lorries between J5, Castle Bromwich and J6, Spaghetti Junction, and has resulted in several miles of tailbacks.
There were also problems closer to the city centre on the A38 with St Chads Queensway closed inbound due to a lorry shedding it's load of steel.
This is causing congestion at A41 St Chad's Circus Queensway, and the A38(M) Aston
Expressway to Spaghetti Junction.
