Children evactuated from Dudley primary school after security alert
Children have been evacuated from a Dudley primary school today after a security alert.
Police were called to Kates Hill Primary School, in Peel Street, at around 9am. The school was evacuated and police sealed off the road to search the building.
It is believed that police were called after a teacher overheard a conversation between two men at the school gates and called 999.
All staff and pupils were evacuated to the local Salvation Army Centre.
