Hall Green MP Steve McCabe backs new drinks code

BIRMINGHAM MP Steve McCabe has backed plans to ban cut-price drinks promotions saying they will help slash booze-fuelled crime.

The measure were part of a package announced by the Home Office. Mr McCabe, (Lab, Hall Green) said: “The code is another tool to help fight alcohol-related crime.”
