400 cannabis plants found in Rowley Regis raid

AROUND 400 cannabis plants were found in a Black Country house during a morning police raid.
Officers in Oldbury arrested a man on suspicion of producing the cannabis after they executed a drugs warrant at an address in Rowley Regis.
A police spokesman said: “Officers continue to conduct enquiries.’’
