Beatles pictures come to Mailbox gallery

AN EXCLUSIVE exhibition of photographs of the Beatles is being held at a Mailbox art gallery.

The Three White Walls Gallery is hosting the Mad Day Out photograph collection – which comprises 23 photographs from the last ever official publicity shoot of the Beatles as a group.

They were taken by society photographer Tom Murray on July 28, 1968, and are considered by many to be one of the finest collection of colour photographs of the band.

A private showing of the pictures will be held at the gallery on February 18 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. The exhibition will run from February 19 to March 29.
