M6 southbound chaos

RUSH-hour motorists faced delays to their journeys after three cars smashed into each other on the M6.

A van collided with two cars between junctions six and five of the southbound section of the M6 just before 3pm on Monday.

Two lanes were closed while emergency services cleared the wreckage and a passenger in one of the cars was taken to Heartlands Hospital.
