Redditch break-in appeal

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after would-be thieves caused hundreds of pounds of damage during an attempted break in.

The offenders tried to enter Pre Met Ltd, an electrical components company, on Studley Road in Redditch, between 5.30pm on Tuesday January 26 and 7.20am on Wednesday January 27, causing about £200-worth of damage to the premises.

PC Daniel Icke said: “We would like to hear from anyone that saw any suspicious activity around the Studley Road area on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.”
