South Staffs Council serving up new healthy food qualification for catering businesses

SOUTH Staffordshire Council will be serving up a new healthy food qualification for local catering businesses and their staff.

From next month, it will launch a new day course, the Level 2 Award in healthier food and special diets, to promote healthier menus. Visit www.sstaffs.gov.uk/foodsafety.
