Five people including a five-month old baby were rescued from a fire in Fox Hollies

FIREFIGHTERS rescued an adult and four young children from a severe house fire in Birmingham.

The blaze broke out in Western Lane, Fox Hollies, on Saturday at 9.55am.

A woman aged 63 and four children aged between five months and 12 years old were taken to Heartlands Hospital suffering from smoke inhalation.

The fire started in a bedroom.
