Police search for Pelsall flasher

A FLASHER has struck three times in Pelsall prompting an appeal from police.

Officers have had two reports recently of indecent exposure on Pelsall North Common and on February 22 the man again struck, exposing himself on the towpath. He is white, between 5ft 8 and 5ft 10 in tall, middle aged and has a bald or shaved head.
