A BLACK Country fish and chip shop manager who thought a summons to the boardroom meant redundancy was being held up as a business success on television tonight.
Kelly Foxall, who runs a Harry Ramsden’s branch at the Merry Hill Shopping Centre, in Brierley Hill, features on Channel Four’s Undercover Boss.
The show follows new company chief executive officer (CEO) Marija Simovic as she goes undercover, changing her name and donning an elaborate disguise, to discover what really happens at the sharp end of the business.
As part of her fact-finding mission, Marija visited a number of her 34 outlets, including the Merry Hill one run by Kelly, from Wall Heath.
And Marija’s visit resulted in a worrying summons for the 32-year-old to the boardroom of the company headquarters in Colmore Row, Birmingham.
