Worcestershire student wins glass award

WORCESTERSHIRE glass artist Lisa Sheppy has won a prestigious award at this month’s International Glass Festival at Stourbridge.

Lisa, of Defford, won the British Glass Biennale Student Award for her piece Charlotte’s Dress.

Judges praised her work’s high standard, technical strength, humour and personality.
