Man taken to hospital after crash on Pershore Road, Edgbaston

A MAN was cut free from the wreckage of his car following a collision along a busy Birmingham commuter route.
The man was travelling along Pershore Road, Edgbaston, just before 11.45am yesterday, when it collided with a lorry.
The car roof was removed and the driver was taken to hospital for treatment.
