A MUM whose two Blues-mad boys lost their dad last year made a heartfelt appeal for help in making their cup final dreams come true.
Jennie Rolfe’s husband James was a huge Blues fan and former season ticket holder despite suffering with mobility problems having been born with a congenital heart defect.
He passed down the tradition to their children Ethan aged 12, and Liam, aged seven, but was forced to limit the number of games they attended as his health deteriorated.
James, from Walmley, Sutton Coldfield, was taken ill last September but showed signs of making a recovery after spending time in the Cardiology unit and Critical Care at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
But James fell ill again and died suddenly on November 26 – aged just 37.
