RESEARCH by Barclays found 67 per cent of Birmingham homeowners could be missing out on the chance to shave years off their mortgage by overpaying, even by small amounts. Just 23 of 1,000 borrowes said they were currently overpaying on their mortgage. Ten per cent said they planned to start.
