NATIONAL recruitment specialists First Personnel have agreed to be the official sponsor of the 2011 Midnight Walk in aid of Acorns Children’s Hospice for the second year.

Last year’s event raised £100,000 and returns on September 17 where up to 1,500 women will walk a 10km route around Birmingham.

The female-only event is a reminder that a good night’s sleep can be hard to achieve for families with a life-limited child and the 24-hour support provided by Acorns is often a lifeline.
