POLICE had to use a Taser to restrain a persistent female bully who forced a young man to hand over cash by threatening to get people to slit his throat.
Kayleigh Webb, of Chilvers Grove, Kingshurst, also assaulted a Solihull youth worker and a policeman in Chelmsley Wood shopping centre on June 20.
The 25-year-old pleaded guilty to blackmail, common assault on a youth worker and assaulting a policeman at Warwick Crown Court.
She was sentenced to ten months in prison suspended for two years, with 12 months’ supervision and an alcohol treatment programme.
Neil Bannister, prosecuting, said that Webb targeted the 20-year-old man when he went to meet his girlfriend and her four friends.
As he approached them he saw Webb demanding money from them.
