Continuing the sporting theme, Lars Christiansen of Denmark lifts the winning trophy to his team on the podium after winning 21-19 the Men’s European Handball Championship final match between Serbia and Denmark at Beogradska Arena in Belgrade, Serbia.
Also celebrating victory was Australian Open men’s singles champion Serbia’s Novak Djokovic in central Melbourne, Australia. Djokovic defeated Spain’s Rafael Nadal in 5hrs 53mins to win a third Australian Open title earlier in the day.
