Birmingham singer's double role

Tony Mills

A BIRMINGHAM-BORN singer has become a daredevil thanks to his new charity role.

Tony Mills, who has worked in many Midland rock bands since the early 80s before settling in Oslo finally settled in Oslo where he works with Scandinavian legends, TNT.

Having toured with Ozzy Osbourne, Motorhead and Skid Row's Sebastian Bach, Tony now finds himself fronting a charity for Autistic Children in Norway.

With management support organising events and concerts to fund the support of the Foundation for Autistic Children, Mills will now find himself hooked up with the Norwegian SAS (FSK), skydiving for charity funding and generally raising the awareness of the public for this cause.

The Brummie-born singer has also written a new solo album with Salisbury-based guitarist, Neil Hibbs, ready to tour Scandinavia in the early Summer. TNT also have a heavy touring schedule building with the likes of Glenn Hughes and Def Leppard this year as well as another album to record in May.
