Double honour for Halesowen and Kidderminster Life Saving Club

HALESOWEN and Kidderminster Life Saving Club has picked up a double award from its county association.

Each year the Worcestwershire and Herefordshire branch presents a shield to the club that has achieved the highest number of awards in life support and life saving.

We are proud to announce that the Halesowen & Kidderminster Life Saving Club has won shields in both categories for 2007 and these shields will be presented to us at the branch 40th birthday celebrations and AGM, 4.30pm, on Saturday 10th May 2008 at Droitwich Leisure Centre.

The Halesowen & Kidderminster Life Saving Club has been running for over 30 years and provides lessons in water safety, rescue and life support for anyone aged 8 and above.

Every year members of our club are awarded with various life saving medals and certificates ranging from Rookie Lifeguard to Distinction.
