Hodge Hill brownies get police lesson in road safety

Hodge Hill brownies.

BROWNIES in Hodge Hill (231st and 140th) were recently paid a visit by their local Police Community Safety Officer to check up on their knowledge of road safety whilst using a cycle.

With the holidays approaching he made sure the girls were aware of how their cycle should be maintained and of the dangers on the road.  The girls also made sure he joined in their last game before he left.

The girls will all receive their Cyclist Interest Badge and are looking forward to June 23rd when he and one of his colleagues will be returning to talk about Crime Prevention and Safety in the Home.
