Music students hold charity gig in Birmingham

BTEC National Diploma Music students at The Academy of Music and Sound in Birmingham.

CALLING all music lovers! The 1st year BTEC National Diploma Music students at The Academy of Music and Sound in Birmingham will be putting on a charity gig in June.

Flashback is a gig organised entirely by the students as part of their FMP (Final Major Project), and will take place in brand new venue The Asylum (next to Madhouse rehearsals) on June 26 at 8pm

The audience will be in for a treat, with music from pre-60s to present day, a taste of upcoming talent, and a huge venue (with plenty of parking spaces and two bars).

Prospective students are very welcome to come and preview what they will be doing if they choose to join AMS.

Tickets are available for £4 in advance or £6 on the door. Half of the money will go to Macmillan Cancer Support, and there will be plenty of opportunities to donate on the night.
