Your Competitions: WIN Christmas concert tickets

A MAGICAL Christmas concert is set be held at Birmingham Town Hall, Birmingham on Thursday, December 2, to raise funds for local grassroots groups.

The Birmingham Mail has joined forces with the organisers to offer readers the chance to win five pairs of tickets to attend this event.

Compered by broadcaster and journalist Adrian Goldberg and performed by the Birmingham Philharmonic Concert Band under the baton of conductor Mike Syrett, the rich musical programme will include pieces from musicals such as Les Miserables, Jurassic Park, 633 Squadron, Glenn Miller, White Christmas alongside popular carol classics such as Once in Royal David’s City and O Little Town of Bethlehem.

St Peter’s Collegiate Choir of Wolverhampton will also be on stage to add to the amazing sounds that this joyous evening promises.

The Birmingham & Black Country Community Foundation supports over 950 community projects each year, providing assistance to those in need, reducing crime levels and providing fresh lifestyle, support and career opportunities for young and old alike.

Garden allotment clubs, reading classes for stroke victims, exercise classes for the elderly, orchestras, dance, boxing and after school clubs are just many of those it supports.
