CONTROVERSIAL billboards showing a man in knee-length PVC boots will land nightclub bosses in court unless they’re removed, Walsall planning chiefs have warned.

HORRIFIED witnesses told an inquest how they saw a man “star jump” across a busy Birmingham road without a care for his own safety before colliding with a lorry and then hitting a van.
