		<description><![CDATA[<p>A DISGRUNTLED builder has smashed down fencing with a JCB and dumped concrete at the front door of a customer in a bust up over an unpaid bill.Richard Lamot, who runs Ward End-based landscaping firm, Shape Tree and Garden, turned up with his digger at the Stechford house.The extraordinary bust up started at 8am when the landscaper astonished onlookers by turning up with a JCB to undo the work he had done.Police were called to the building on the corner of Yardley Fields Road and Station Road, which is being converted into 10 flats by the owner, Ishfaq Ali Hussain.&nbsp;Mr Lamot, who runs the garden maintenance firm said: &#8220;Everything we did on site was at the request of the owner and I will return until I am paid the &#163;5,700 I am owed."Mr Hussain said:&nbsp;&#8220;He will not get his fencing money until he apologises, removes the rubbish he has dumped and reinstates the work he has knocked down.&#8221;</p>]]></description>
