Clubs: Burlesque beauties at the Rocket Club
BROAD Street’s Rocket Club is hoping to inject a bit of 1930s glitz and glamour and beat off the recession blues with a new burlesque night.
Making its debut tonight the gentlemen’s club is featuring the titillating delights of cheeky foursome Vicky Butterfly, Daiquiri Dusk, Bendetta Vain and Slinky Sparkles who will take to the stage for an erotic show.
Club owner Allan Sartori said: “It might be doom and gloom outside but it’s still glitz and glamour here at the rocket club.
“We want to treat people to a night of erotica that they won’t be able to get anywhere else.
“We’ve got four of the best dancers in for our show and we think it’s going to be just what people need to put a smile back on their faces.”
It might be a surprise for regular customers that the girls keep some of their clothes on, but Allan says that’s all part of the show.
