Mista Jam and Hed Kandi could help blow away post Christmas blues at Gatecrasher Birmingham

IF by Boxing Day you’re usually sick of eating cold turkey and the thought of another night in with the relatives fills you with dread, then the answer could be at Gatecrasher Birmingham’s post-Christmas blowout on December 26.
Clubnight Hed Kandi and Radio 1’s Mista Jam are teaming up to blow away those post- Christmas blues with a Boxing Day party at the Broad Street superclub.
Simon Raine, managing director of Gatecrasher, says people can have high hopes for the night.
“Boxing Day is traditionally one of the biggest party days on the calendar, and this year Gatecrasher is doing it in style with super sexy house brand Hed Kandi,” he says.
“We will roll out the red carpet for a Boxing Day extravaganza joining forces with Hed Kandi to blast boundaries for a never-to-be-forgotten party. Imagine the best Christmas party you’ve ever been to and you still won’t be close.”
He adds: “The production for this event is going to be explosive. Clubbers can expect exclusive, bespoke, stunning décor, confetti showers, awe-inspiring light and lasers shows and stunning dancers and entertainers.

This weekend, Gatecrasher Birmingham is keeping the Christmas spirit alive by hosting the second of its seasonal parties.
Xmas Party Part 2 kicks off at the club on Saturday from 10pm with club classics courtesy of Jimmy Kennedy, Dave Thatcher and Tim Stafford. There will also be indie music coming from Birmingham’s own Kerrang! DJ Luke Wilkins.

Mista Jam’s fellow Radio 1 DJs Tim Westwood and Chris Goldfinger will also be out and about in Birmingham this Boxing Day as they both play sets at Oceana in Hurst Street.
