The Feeling @ Wolverhampton Civic Hall

THIS gig had lift-off well before The Feeling hit the stage - courtesy of support band The Fray.

The US piano rockers, whose debut single How To Save A Life is getting lots of airplay, may have been a supporting band this time, but expect them back soon as a headline act - they are going to be huge.

With the sold-out crowd warmed up, a series of quirky Youtube clips heralded The Feeling, with people around Britain making fools of themselves as the re-enacted various songs.

After several moments of highly amusing clips, The Feeling stormed on to the stage, greeted by screams of delight.

Fill My Little World was soon belted out. With colourful backgrounds, flashing lights and awesome stage presence, Dan Gillespie and co treated us to all their biggest hits including Never Be Lonely, Rose, I Love It When You Call and Sewn.

Also included for good measure was a cover of The Buggles' Video Killed The Radio Star.

It all made for a memorable night with the crowd sent home with smiles on their faces.
