Kings Of Swing - Rat Pack Party, Lichfield Garrick

KINGS of Swing is a celebration of the golden era of big band music.

Instead of the usual Rat Pack format of a Frank, a Dean and a Sammy, this show dispenses with musical impressions in favour of three good swing singers and an excellent nine-piece band.

Without the restriction of having to perform a tribute show the trio are free to go through the big band songbook with Nat King Cole, Hoagie Carmichael, Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, Glenn Campbell and, keeping things up to date, Michael Buble numbers all playing a part.

The show is back at the Garrick on September 5 and then the Kings of Swing return on December 8 for Swing into Christmas.
