Cocktail Of The Week

MAI TAI- AN IDEAL AL-FRESCO SUMMER THIRST QUENCHER.

Ingredients:

8ml almond syrup (orgeat)

25ml dark or golden rum

Juice of 1 lime (keep the shell...)

16ml orange Curacao (or triple sec)

8ml sugar syrup

Method: Shake ingredients with a glass of crushed ice, pour into a tall 'Collins' glass, add half the spent lime shell and serve with straws.
