Herefordshire-based Pixley Berries produce four varieties of cordials made from Pixley Black, their own special blend of sun-ripened blackcurrant varieties. Each contains more than 60 per cent of pure juice, which is three times higher than most cordials, plus sugar and water - with no other nasties.
