INGREDIENTS
6cl Absolut Blue vodka
A fresh lime
Mint leaves
4cl papaya puree
A fresh passion fruit
2cl vanilla sugar syrup
5cl soda water
METHOD
Muddle lime cut into eighths together with seven mint leaves and add to the vodka in a highball glass. Cut passion fruit into two and put the nectar and seeds into the glass. Add the sugar syrup, add crushed ice and stir well, then top up with soda water and serve with a straw decorated with the remaining passion fruit and mint leaves.
