Cocktail of the week: Summer Negroni

BEEFEATER suggests making a summery infusion by putting cherries, raspberries, rhubarb or redcurrants into a bottle of gin and letting them steep for a couple of weeks.

Then just add some other ingredients and you'll have created a tastey cocktail. This one uses redcurrants.

INGREDIENTS:

45ml redcurrant infused Beefeater Gin; 30ml Campari; 15ml Noilly Rouge or Martini Rosso; 5ml redcurrant syrup.

METHOD:

Stir all ingredients over ice in a large tumbler. Garnish with a wedge of orange and a few redcurrants.
