HERE’S a summer recipe from the Courvoisier Cognac people.
INGREDIENTS:
50ml Courvoisier Exclusif Cognac
10ml St Germain Liqueur (to taste)
Large mint leaf.
METHOD:
1. Place the mint leaf into a mixing glass and fill with ice.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until very cold.
3. Pour into a chilled martini glass.
