Cocktail of the Week: Zambezi Breeze Smoothie

Here ’s a non-alcoholic recipe from Mogo Grill and Juice, at Touchwood Shopping Centre, Solihull.

Ingredients :

20g of blueberries,

30g of cherries (stones removed),

90g of fat free frozen yoghurt,

10 floz of freshly squeezed apple juice (not from concentrate).

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
