Cocktail of the Week: Autumn Punch

Here’s a recipe for the dying days of summer.

Ingredients:

One fresh passion fruit;
Two shots of bison grass vodka;
Quarter-shot of passion fruit syrup;
One shot of fresh pear juice;
Half-shot of lemon juice;
Champagne or sparkling wine.

Method:

1. Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out flesh.

2. Place the flesh into a shaker.

3. Add the vodka, passion fruit syrup, pear and lemon juice.

4. Shake the mixture together with ice.

5. Strain this into an ice-filled glass.

6. Top up it up with wine or Champagne.
