NICELY timed after England's impressive 2-1 win over Uruguay last week, Goal! will help to fire the field of dreams for our chances in this summer's World Cup.
Santiago Munez (Kuno Becker) is a young Mexican playing for a junior team in LA when he's spotted by former Brit star Glen Foy (Stephen Dillane).
Santiago's sublime skills look very Brazilian in the early scenes, but will he be strong enough to play in the Premiership?
Directed by Luton's Danny Cannon, this is good fun, with a script co-written by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais.
Professional footballers playing themselves include Kieron Dyer, Zinedine Zidane, Raul and England captains Alan Shearer and David Beckham (he squeaks lines!).
