That's the lesson from The Exorcism Of Emily Rose which blends a court case with a religious thriller.
Mystic River's Laura Linney tries to defend Father Moore (Tom Wilkinson). But can he really be blamed for the death of Emily (Jennifer Carpenter), who stopped taking medication in favour of trying to be healed by a man of the cloth?
