Drillbit Taylor (12)

WHEN three boys find their lives are being made a misery by a couple of bullies, they hire 'budget bodyguard' Drillbit Taylor (Owen Wilson) to protect them.

The covert mercenary becomes a supply teacher and is then faced with having to become as tough as he pretends to be.

Some of the dialogue between the leads fizzes along, but the climax is both rushed and contrived.

And there's far too much emphasis on hitting and punching.
