Sixty Six (12A)

ADVERTISING king turned director Paul Weiland lost out when Roseanna's Grave unfairly sank without trace a decade ago.

Drawing a terrific debut performance from real-life Tottenham Hotspur child star Gregg Sulkin at the centre of a cast including Helena Bonham Carter, Catherine Tate and a Hancockian Eddie Marsan as father Manny, Weiland uses this autobiographical coming-of-age comedy drama to recall how his own bar mitzvah clashed with the 1966 World Cup Final.

A 94-minute story of family relationships and learning to love your father, the Jewish community will adore its cultural insights and period touches.
