Reno 911!: Miami

YOU can imagine the conversation in some offices: What was that film you saw last night?

'Reno Nine Eleven Exclamation Mark Colon Miami'.

That ought to put most people off since, the offensively-poor Norbit aside, this film is another low point for 2007.

Lasting a mere 80 minutes but feeling more like 800, it's written and directed by Ben Garant, whose other writing credits include Herby Fully Loaded, The Pacifier and Night at the Museum.

A police convention means there's going to be no law enforcement on Miami's streets - except for the cover unexpectedly being provided by a bunch of misfit police men and women visiting from Reno, Nevada.

Only the pre-credit sequence offers any entertainment and thereafter the grim reality is that the Reno team is on the road to nowhere.
